Suominen concluded employee negotiations at Tampere and Nastola plants

SUOMINEN CONCLUDED EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS AT TAMPERE AND NASTOLA PLANTS          

Employee negotiations started in March 2008 at Suominen Flexible Packaging's    
Tampere and Nastola plants have been concluded. As a result of the negotiations,
20 employment contracts will be terminated. In addition a reduction of 9 persons
will be made through pension or other arrangements.                             

The employee negotiations were started to secure the competitiveness of Flexible
Packaging's Finnish plants. During the negotiations a reduction of 21 persons   
has taken place through natural redundancy or termination of fixed-term         
contracts. The total headcount reduction will be 50 persons, of which 48 at     
Tampere and 2 at Nastola.
