The Finnish Trade Register has approved the Finnish company name change of Suominen Yhtymä Oyj on 12 April 2012 according to the resolution passed by The Annual General Meeting on 4 April 2012. The new Finnish company name is Suominen Oyj.
The company name in English remains the same being Suominen Corporation. Order Book Code of Helsinki Stock Exchange remains unchanged.
