Suominen Flexibles to start enployee negotiations at the Norrköping plant

SUOMINEN FLEXIBLES TO START EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS AT THE NORRKÖPING PLANT       

Changes in the market situation have substantially affected to profitability of 
Suominen Flexibles' Norrköping plant. As a result, Suominen Flexibles has today 
given a negotiation proposal to the representatives of employee groups at the   
plant according to Sweden's Co-Determination Act.                               

The negotiations concern possible termination of production operations at       
Norrköping and transfers to Suominen Flexibles' plant in Poland in order to     
secure competitiveness of the business and to serve customers better from the   
centralised production units. The negotiations concern about 30 people and will 
begin on 18 August 2009.
