Possible headcount reduction will be approximately 120 people. Possible termination of employee contracts will take place between October 2010 and summer 2011, after concluding the employee negotiations.

In addition, the negotiations concern restructuring of the operations at the Tampere plant and production transfers to the plants in Poland and Ikaalinen in Finland. As a result of the above mentioned measures, the tasks of the white-collar employees of Tampere and Nastola are planned to be reorganised.
