The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Suominen Corporation was held today on April 4, 2024 in Helsinki, Finland. The AGM adopted the Financial Statements for 2023 and discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO from liability for the 2023 financial year.
Suominen’s headquarters has moved to Espoo
Suominen’s headquarters has relocated to Espoo. As of today, the new address is Keilaranta 13 A, 02150 Espoo.
Suominen has published its Annual Report 2023 and Remuneration Policy
Suominen’s Annual Report 2023 has been published. The Annual Report includes Annual review, the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements for 2023, the Auditor’s report, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report and Sustainability report.
