This applies also to recruiting at Suominen: In addition to experts in essential areas, e.g., material science and manufacturing, we hire professionals whose know-how is not typically utilized in the nonwovens industry, such as fast-moving consumer goods experts and modern demand/supply chain management specialists.

That is why sending us an open application gives you an upper hand when we start to look for new employees. We store the open applications for six months, and when there is a new job opening at Suominen, we look at the received open applications first.
