To support our “Changemaker” strategy and vision "We change the way people think about nonwovens" Suominen will strengthen its resources in EMEA Customer Service. Customer Service Coordinator executes order delivery, transportation and complaints to fulfill customer requirements and inquiries and provides problem resolution in accordance with the organization’s service standards.
Your main accountabilities in the job will be to take in orders, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers and ensure customer needs are met utilizing the organization’s internal systems and customer purchase orders.
You liaise with internal stakeholders like demand, planning and logistics and reinforces agreed upon lead-times with customers and business unit.
You will report to Customer Service Manager, EMEA.
You have commercial educational background and also experience from preferably similar customer service tasks in B2B environment. You enjoy working with clients. You are self-driven, pro-active and responsible personality and you have excellent co-operation skills with other colleagues
You are fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English. Other language skills will be an asset.
Your MS Office skills are good and you have gained solid experience in ERP-software especially SAP.
