Senior Specialist, Sales Support

As the current position holder has been promoted to the position of Sales Manager, we are now looking for a new person for sales support for a permanent position in Helsinki.

You will be responsible for executing timely and effective sales support activities for our sales teams globally to ensure the quality of our CRM, reporting and analyzes. The role is exciting, international and versatile. The key tasks and main responsibilities are listed below.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • CRM key user for sales teams in Europe and the Americas
  • Gathering and analyzing sales data and providing support to relevant stakeholders
  • Conducting monthly sales reporting globally while ensuring data and reporting quality by liaising with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Participating in development projects in relation to CRM, reporting and analysis, and supporting strategy implementation under our Commercial Excellence strategic focus area

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication, presentation and networking skills
  • Excellent skills in English, other language skills are a benefit
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with SAP and Tableu is considered a benefit
  • Previous experience with data analysis and CRM systems are considered as an advantage
