We are looking for a Specialist, Order Management Europe. Purpose of the job is to execute order management tasks, managing orders from receipt to final delivery and any order related tasks to fulfill customer requirements, inquiries and provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization´s service standards.
What is this job about?
Your main accountabilities in the job will be to take in orders, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers and ensure customer needs are met utilizing the organization´s internal systems and customer purchase orders.
You liaise with internal stakeholders like demand, planning and logistics and reinforce agreed upon lead-times with customers and business unit.
You will report to Manager, Order Management Europe.
Qualifications and Competences
You have commercial education background and also 5+ year experience from preferably similar customer service / order management tasks in B2B environment. You enjoy working with clients. You are self-driven, pro-active, responsible personality and you have excellent co-operation skills with other colleagues. You are able to balance multiple assignments by establishing priorities.
You are fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English. Other language skills be an asset. Your MS Office skills are good and you have solid experience with other ICT tools managing SD (Sales and Delivery) modules. SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
