Suominen is always looking for the best talent. Factors such as your gender or ethnic background are irrelevant to us. Only attitude, capabilities and merits matter.

If you think your expertise would not fit Suominen, think outside the box for a moment – just like we do.

We would not be able to pursue Suominen’s vision, to change the way people think about nonwovens, by being a conventional manufacturing company, by doing what others do.

Instead, we want to be pioneers in our industry by looking for opportunities where others don’t see them yet. This applies also to recruiting at Suominen: In addition to experts in essential areas, e.g., material science and manufacturing, we hire professionals whose know-how is not typically utilized in the nonwovens industry, such as fast-moving consumer goods experts and modern demand/supply chain management specialists.

Please send us an open application and we may well be interested.

Do I qualify, do I fit in? That is something many people ask themselves before applying. Our answer is: Let us find out. Hiring is an agreement between two parties, which is based on a mutual fit. In any case, send us your application.
