New Suominen Nonwovens was formed recently as a result of the acquisition by Suominen Corporation of the Home & Personal Business Area of Ahlstrom Corporation. In so doing, the newly formed company immediately became the global leader in the manufacture of nonwoven roll goods for wiping.

In addition to wipes, however, Suominen Nonwovens are actively involved in and developing nonwoven products in the market segments of hygiene and medical as well as other product areas where innovation and technical expertise gives our customers and suppliers the added value they need in the current global, economic environment.
