Advanced pilot lines

Suominen Nonwovens’ advanced pilot lines cover all stages of our development and manufacturing process, and give us the opportunity to test out our latest ideas before moving up to full-scale production. These facilities also provide a valuable support resource for our day-to-day manufacturing operations.

With our laboratories and pilot lines we can easily model new ideas, even ones that are currently not commercially executable. We are also able to rapidly scale up the most promising products to a pilot-line for consumer- and converting test quantities and transfer the knowledge to the production lines for full-scale test runs and commercialisation of the product.
