Suominen Flexibles employs approximately 550 packaging professionals in Finland, Sweden, Poland and Russia. Operating internationally with a global customer-base and demanding products and solutions, we are looking for people with passionate attitude to be trained as an expert of our area.

We are providing various challenging work tasks throughout the whole organisation. You can be a part of the supply chain and work in position related to our order-delivery and manufacturing processes – film extrusion, printing, lamination and converting. In addition, we have also interesting tasks in our supporting functions such as new product development, human resources development, sourcing or marketing.

We have launched a range of incentive and initiative systems designed to motivate and encourage people to develop their performance and our working environment. We also support employees in various leisure activities and arrange training days, events and get-togethers to foster a positive team spirit.
