Corporate Governance

Suominen Corporation is a Finnish listed company and observes the Finnish Companies Act, other regulations covering listed companies, and the requirements of its own Articles of Association in its decision-making and administration.

The company complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code issued by the Securities Market Association effective as from 1 January 2009. The Recommendation is available on Securities Market Association’s website at www.cgfinland.fi.
